Challenge
The primary challenge was transforming a highly regulated retail category into an inviting and enjoyable customer experience. The space needed to guide customers seamlessly through browsing, product discovery, consultation, and checkout while maintaining strict operational and compliance requirements.
Additionally, the brand sought a distinctive identity that would stand apart from competitors by creating an atmosphere rooted in personality, optimism, and accessibility.

Solution
Studio Swank developed a playful retail environment inspired by vintage hospitality spaces and nostalgic Americana aesthetics. Soft mint tones, custom graphics, checkerboard detailing, curved architectural elements, and branded storytelling moments were incorporated throughout the customer journey.
The layout was strategically designed to improve customer flow while creating multiple engagement points that encourage exploration and interaction. Custom fixtures, branded displays, and integrated wayfinding systems helped establish a cohesive experience that feels welcoming, intuitive, and highly memorable.
